Regulation 2, TRAI (Appeals of Cable landing station operators) Regulations, 2026 [S5B-RYC]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997); (b) "cable landing station operator" means a person carrying on the operation of a cable landing station; (c) "wireless equipment" means a wireless equipment received, held or disposed of by a cable landing station operator in the course of the operation of a cable landing station; (d) "Form G" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
