Intimation of change.—Every operator of a vehicle carrying hazardous substances shall intimate to the Biodiversity Authority, in Form VII and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Biodiversity Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
