Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a brick kiln in a village shall apply to the Zila Parishad in Form 6 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Zila Parishad shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
