Safe custody.—Every owner of a brick kiln in a village shall keep every village map to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the working of a brick kiln in a village is carried on, shall record in Form 3 the description of every village map so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Zila Parishad within sixty days of the close of each year.
