Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sports academy shall apply to the Government of Rajasthan in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Government of Rajasthan shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
