Application for registration.—Every sports academy carrying on the running of a sports academy shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form D, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every code of conduct held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
