Clause 2, Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganisation and Regulation) (Meter Control) Order, 2026 [S5B-KBA]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganisation and Regulation) Act, 2003 (Gujarat Act 24 of 2003); (b) "open access consumer" means a person carrying on the drawal of electricity under open access; (c) "energy bill" means a energy bill received, held or disposed of by a open access consumer in the course of the drawal of electricity under open access; (d) "Form IV" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
