Surrender of certificate.—Every producer company who ceases to carry on the business of a producer company shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-1 of the manner in which every balance sheet held by him has been disposed of.
