Report to the Government.—The Labour Court shall prepare, within ninety days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of owners of a motor transport undertaking whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Bihar and publish it within ten days of its preparation.
