Intimation of change.—Every blood bank shall intimate to the Government of Assam, in Form 20 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Assam shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
