Surrender of certificate.—Every printer of election material who ceases to carry on the printing of election material shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Electoral Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every voting machine held by him has been disposed of.
