Application for registration.—Every online gaming intermediary carrying on the provision of online games shall make an application for registration to the Data Protection Board in Form E, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every data breach report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
