Intimation of change.—Every dealer in second-hand goods shall intimate to the Commissioner of Police, in Form VIII and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Police shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
