Report to the Government.—The Commissioner of Police shall prepare, within seven days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of dealers in second-hand goods whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Andhra Pradesh and publish it within forty-five days of its preparation.
