Rule 21, Karnataka Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2026 [S5B-0NN]

Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these rules shall be preferred by the operator of a cold storage aggrieved by it in Form D within forty-five days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of one hundred rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
