Rule 17, Karnataka Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2026 [S5B-0HX]

Safe custody.—Every operator of a cold storage shall keep every insecticide to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a cold storage is carried on, shall record in Form C the description of every insecticide so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Karnataka within fifteen days of the close of each year.
