Rule 12, Karnataka Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2026 [S5B-0C2]

Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a cold storage dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Karnataka in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every licence then held; and the Government of Karnataka shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
