Application for registration.—Every operator of a cold storage carrying on the running of a cold storage shall make an application for registration to the Government of Karnataka in Form B, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every produce held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
