Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a cold storage who ceases to carry on the running of a cold storage shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Karnataka in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every stock register held by him has been disposed of.
