Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any public authority dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the State Information Commission in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every record then held; and the State Information Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
