Report to the Government.—The Conservator of the Port shall prepare, within seven days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of ship repairers whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Bihar and publish it within thirty days of its preparation.
