Intimation of change.—Every ship repairer shall intimate to the Conservator of the Port, in Form 7 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Conservator of the Port shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
