Surrender of certificate.—Every ship repairer who ceases to carry on the repair of ships shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Conservator of the Port in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 8 of the manner in which every vessel held by him has been disposed of.
