Application for registration.—Every money changer carrying on the business of a money changer shall make an application for registration to the Authorised Officer in Form FC-4, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every foreign exchange held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
