Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Act, 2024 (Uttarakhand Act 3 of 2024); (b) "mutawalli" means a person carrying on the management of a waqf; (c) "order of maintenance" means a order of maintenance received, held or disposed of by a mutawalli in the course of the management of a waqf; (d) "Form VII" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
