Application for registration.—Every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall make an application for registration to the Finance Commission in Form GFR 12-C, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every sanction order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
