Intimation of change.—Every non-resident shall intimate to the Principal Chief Commissioner, in Form 26AS and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Principal Chief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
