Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor for relief works shall apply to the National Executive Committee in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the National Executive Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
