Intimation of change.—Every whistle blower shall intimate to the Government of Punjab, in Form D and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Punjab shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
