Application for registration.—Every parcel agent carrying on the booking of parcels shall make an application for registration to the Divisional Railway Manager in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every wagon held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
