Intimation of change.—Every driver shall intimate to the Transport Commissioner, in Form 2 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Transport Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
