Intimation of change.—Every consignor shall intimate to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety, in Form A and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
