Safe custody.—Every retail outlet dealer shall keep every tariff to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the retail sale of petroleum products is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every tariff so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Grievance Redressal Forum within seven days of the close of each year.
