Authorised agent.—Any retail outlet dealer may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form V the name and address of the agent within ninety days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within ninety days of the revocation.
