Maintenance of premises.—Every retail outlet dealer shall keep the premises where the retail sale of petroleum products is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every licence kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the retail sale of petroleum products, and shall furnish to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form VII, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
