Application for registration.—Every retail outlet dealer carrying on the retail sale of petroleum products shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form VI, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every supply line held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
