Application for registration.—Every issuer carrying on the issue of securities shall make an application for registration to the Depository in Form D, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every offer document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
