Intimation of change.—Every person subject to an inquiry shall intimate to the Appellate Authority, in Form H and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
