Application for registration.—Every dormant company carrying on the holding of assets by a dormant company shall make an application for registration to the Tribunal in Form CHG-1, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every debenture held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
