Production of records.—Every owner of a building in a vulnerable area shall, on request by the Station Fire Officer, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these rules for inspection at the premises where the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any no-objection certificate not held at those premises.
