Periodical return.—Every manufacturer of packaged drinking water carrying on the manufacture of packaged drinking water shall furnish to the Designated Officer, within sixty days of the close of each year, a return in Form F of every consignment of food received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for seven days from the date on which it is furnished.
