Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a reconnaissance permit shall apply to the District Mineral Foundation in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the District Mineral Foundation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
