Surrender of certificate.—Every scrapping facility who ceases to carry on the scrapping of motor vehicles shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Transport Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 29 of the manner in which every trip sheet held by him has been disposed of.
