Intimation of change.—Every scrapping facility shall intimate to the Regional Transport Authority, in Form 4 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Transport Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
