Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Authority in the custody of the Chief Flight Operations Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Authority; and where the Chief Flight Operations Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form CA-3 within thirty days of the succession.
