Application for registration.—Every owner of land near an aerodrome carrying on the erection of structures near an aerodrome shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form CA-1, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every flight plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
