Rule 2, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2025 [S59-GJ1]

Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957); (b) "owner of land near an aerodrome" means a person carrying on the erection of structures near an aerodrome; (c) "air operator certificate" means a air operator certificate received, held or disposed of by a owner of land near an aerodrome in the course of the erection of structures near an aerodrome; (d) "Form CA-2" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
