Intimation of change.—Every payment system operator shall intimate to the Banking Ombudsman, in Form E and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Banking Ombudsman shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
