Surrender of certificate.—Every manager of a math who ceases to carry on the management of a math shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every trust property held by him has been disposed of.
