Application for registration.—Every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall make an application for registration to the Charity Commissioner in Form B, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
